It’s a laid back environment, a more mature team who all help each other and also have a fantastic relationship inside and outside of work – it’s an office you’ll really feel at home in and benefit from working in a workplace that understand family and a work-life balance without the added pressures.

They’re now expanding their team and looking for an additional Customer Administrator to manage all email communication with customers (your queries will be 90% email and 10% phone calls so it’s not a call centre setting with a head set on like most roles similar to this, it’s a professional office!), taking payments from customers, updating customer records and building key relationships across the business and with customers to solve any queries.

The business currently use Sage and Xero but will be introducing a brand new bespoke system in the next 3 months which is going to be incredible and you will benefit from this slick system which will allow you to have clearer processes in your job role.

So, if you have experience on CRM systems/ a software package similar to Sage that would be a key advantage however, what’s most important is that you have direct office-based experience (administration or customer service) and have longevity and loyalty on your CV – they don’t want job hoppers, they want people who are going to stay with them for the next 5 – 10 years.

Based in Salford, great location on the route into Town, so it’s great for commuter links and they also have free parking on site (side note – they are currently full time office based Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm with some early Friday finishes but they will be implementing a hybrid style in the next few months!)
