Credit Liaison Officer

Up to £23,000 basic

Manchester City Centre, full time

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual looking for a step up in their current role to take on further responsibilities, this opportunity be ideal for anyone who has a passion within the financial services and has come from a collection or contact centre background.

This isn’t just a Credit Liaison Officer position; this is a chance for you to begin your career within a forward-thinking and fast-paced organisation opening many doors and opportunities for you along the way.

No day is ever the same, you will effectively manage outbound calls liaising with creditors to discuss all things interest freezes, accounts, offers amongst an abundance of other enquiries to negotiate a fair and suitable outcome. You will demonstrate strong ability to problem solve along with managing high volume calls. The successful candidate will also be able to use excel, spreadsheets, letters and emails.
