This stable yet constantly expanding business is on the lookout for a Credit Controller to manage a portfolio of domestic & international customers.
This is not just a phone-bashing role; debt retrieval is the aim however it’s equally as important to maintain the relationships with the clients as the company prides itself on its customer retentions and also referral success.
They have a lot of success from chasing payments via an online portal so unlike traditional credit control roles, you won’t be required to be constantly phoning up for payment; the ledger is very clean & tidy so it’s a case of keeping on top of this and providing excellent customer service.
You will work alongside a Purchase Ledger Clerk – who I placed at the company this year – to form a strong ledger accounting function reporting directly into the Finance Manager who is looking for someone to maintain but also grow the existing client database.
To be considered for the role, you must have experience in chasing debt in a B2B environment with the ability to produce debtor reports and update your management team on the cash flow status of your ledger on a month-to-month basis.
