Operating as a Team Leader within a thriving and busy sales department located in Manchester City Centre, you will put your expertise to use by delivering a focussed and high-quality leadership service. Managing a team of new business sales executives, you will show high attention to detail whilst able to identify trends, manage performance, problem solve, conduct 1-1s and build long lasting relationships with the team.
The business sales team is not a stereotypical sales floor, so you need to be empathetic and understanding in your approach and genuinely passionate about what you do. You will build rapport and develop relationships with your team which essentially is key when improving performance.
