Conference & Events Administrator

This is the perfect position for somebody who likes to see things through, has a keen eye for detail and is well organised but wants to work in a role that is interesting and fun!

Your role will be supporting on the planning and organisation of client conferences and events (which are all virtual) from creating presentations and documents through to arranging attendees and the set up of the event on the day.

You’ll be working with some of the best companies globally, high profile clientele and the event size differs so it’s a really interesting role and one where you will see your work come to light.

They are considering a number of profiles for this role because the key things they need are:

  • Organisational skills and 100% accuracy
  • An upbeat, positive personality
  • Confident on the phone and asking questions in meetings with clients
  • High level of professionalism
