This is the perfect role for an accomplished Company Accountant who is looking for the next step in their career, working alongside an incredibly entrepreneurial and forward-thinking Managing Director whilst having full control of all things finance.
The MD is keen to give you freedom and autonomy, and trust you to manage the company finances whilst still allowing you to put your own stamp on the role. The MD encourages anyone joining the business to implement their own ideas and working styles regardless of their position, and will even give you the opportunity to have a direct input in the decision-making process.
The beauty of this role is the variety and exposure it offers; you will be dealing with everything from day-to-day cash management, cash flow forecasting, monthly profit and loss analysis, preparation of management accounts and have full control of the bank…Every day will be different!
Chatting to the MD, it is clear this is someone who cares about their staff, it’s really cliché to say but he’s done a phenomenal job at creating that ‘family-feel’ that so many businesses lack these days.
