Are you a confident, target driven individual with a genuine desire for sales looking for the next step in your career where earning potential is completely uncapped and reflected in your hard work?

As far as sales roles go, this is straight-forward. You won’t be expected to account manage or generate your own leads; your purpose is to solely focus on maximising business sales by onboarding on new customers in which our generous commission structure will reflect.

The ideal candidate will successfully demonstrate the ability to show motivation and empathy along with an excellent telephone manner and attention to detail. You will be given an attractive salary with an uncapped commission scheme along with working hours condensed into a four-day working week twice per month. This would be ideal for anyone simply just wants that little bit of extra freedom and would enjoy an extra two Fridays off per month.

You will be presented opportunities to progress into senior roles within the first 12-18 months along with bespoke training and development within the sector. You will not find a better package than this within the competitive market now.

We have used Platinum many times and will continue to do so. We first heard about them a couple of years ago when they contacted us about a role we were advertising online; and since then they have always found us the perfect fit for our business.
