Your role here will be managing customer order processes from beginning to end, liaising with high profile clients, managing the bespoke in house system and ensuring orders are fulfilled within time frames, liaising with all departments internally and creating reports through Excel.
It’s important the Administrator coming into this role can build relationships with colleagues and clients, has a level of customer service experience but also comes from a business administration background.
