This is a stand alone bookkeeper role but you will be working with an external accountant.

You will need to have an understanding of all bookkeeping duties up to trial balance and be able to work to deadlines on your own, pprocessing sales invoices, debt chasing, dealing with supplier invoices and queries, sorting payment runs monthly, sending wages to external accountant and doing supplier payments runs.

You will be reporting into the MD and going through reports, bank reconciliations etc all with him, but for the most part its all down to you.

You will be working in the maintenance industry and building and maintaining commercial and business relationships.

You will need an extensive knowledge of Xero – this is a must.

We have used Platinum many times and will continue to do so. We first heard about them a couple of years ago when they contacted us about a role we were advertising online; and since then they have always found us the perfect fit for our business.
