This role is great, the work is varied, clients are interesting, there are plenty of new things to see and learn but really the big selling point of this role is the company itself.

They are brilliant; based in Alderley Edge they have really embraced how the accountancy market has changed over the last 10 years and as a result they are absolutely at the forefront of what I would call modern ways of working.

The pressure, long hours, stresses and repetitiveness of some audit jobs and firms couldn’t be further away – the partners have had a real push on making sure the audit and wider accounts teams are looked after – and the result is a business where people just don’t leave!

They offer a lot of the perks that are starting to become more common like hybrid working, enhanced holiday and benefits packages but they go the extra mile with things like a comprehensive health and wellness package which is available to all staff.

We have used Platinum many times and will continue to do so.
