Assistant People Operations Manager

£26,000 – £30,000 + private healthcare, onsite parking, lunches & snacks available all day!

A brand new opening has become available within a highly confidential company due to the exclusive cliental and connections! They are seeking an individual who can thrive within a growing SME business, where things are fast paced and diverse.

The business is within the events sector so you will be required to demonstrate the ability to communicate within retail & hospitality operations and ensure staffing requirements are met. You will be asked to train & develop members of staff and all of the employee relations too – no two day will be the same in this job, so the weeks fly by!

It would be ideal if you are CIPD level 5, have a minimum of 2 years experience working within HR or people operations AND most importantly – have a “go getting” attitude and want to get stuck in from the outset. The team are brilliant, having met them I can assure you will be working within one of best teams out there. The reason I say this, is they all work hard to achieve the same goal and have a laugh while doing so!
