This is the role which will take you to Management Accountant level thanks to the training and support on offer!

We placed the Management Accountant; she’s settled in and made changes but she has big plans for her career and wants to progress herself internally, meaning she’s looking for her successor!

You will bridge the gap between the 2 x Accounts Assistants and the senior leadership team, still keeping your toes in the day to day processes but gaining full exposure into producing MA packs.

In fact, they want to give you the opportunity to support the FD in tightening up their month-schedule and implementing more stringent deadlines as they continue to grow – experience that will give your CV a complete glow-up and be an amazing chance of you to be really hands-on in the direction in which the business is growing!

This is a level of exposure usually reserved for qualified accountants but they see this position as a real long-term fixture within the team so for them, you’ll be an investment and they’ll always have an eye on your development.

You must already have month-end exposure; they need you to have already helped prep MA as a starting point – the rest? They’ll train you on!
