Be the right hand to both the MA and FD. Think: full exposure to monthly accounts, board pack prep, and strategic input. Not in 5 years. Now.

Guide, support, and inspire the juniors – no appraisals, no bureaucracy, just impact.

This company promotes from within. When the MA moves up (and she will), you’re next in line. The Board already has their eyes on future leaders.
