The Finance Manager was absolutely buzzing to tell me about the role; he was brought into the business 18 months ago to drive a company restructure, improve processes, and streamline their systems… tick, tick, tick!

He’s done all this and now his mission and number one priority is bringing in an assistant to help him navigate through the next phase of success.

The business is PE backed and has been enjoying a 25% increase in growth for the last 5 years – which is just set to accelerate further with the FM’s ambitions and ideas.

He wants you well and truly involved in this journey with him, and you can expect that within your first 6 months you are supporting with cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and finalising the management accounts.

Yes, you can really develop that quickly! Just as long as you’re committed, driven and ambitious.

We have used Platinum many times and will continue to do so. We first heard about them a couple of years ago when they contacted us about a role we were advertising online; and since then they have always found us the perfect fit for our business.
