This is a role where you’ll work with a manager who will encourage you, motivate you and inspire you to want her role!
She is a Qualified Financial Controller who wants someone to follow in her footsteps and have all the opportunities she’s had within her career.
What this means is you’ll be working for someone who wants to see you qualify, wants to see you develop your skillset and in return, wants to see you progress through the business.
It is essential you have dipped your toes into month-end accounting with a desire now to challenge yourself and have involvement in budgeting & forecasting.
You needn’t worry about being thrown in at the deep end though; despite being exposure to management accounts within your first 3-6 months, you will receive comprehensive training as the FC understands how critical this is for your development.
The sky is the limit with this role; if you’re ambitious, the business will recognise this and give you all the resources to achieve your career goals and allow you to assist with recruiting additional members of the transactional finance team – of which you will have the opportunity to train and mentor.
