A Technology company based in Trafford Park have an opening for an Administrator to join their commercial team.
The technology industry is flourishing with communications & technology being the most sought-after industries due to more staff working from home & requiring such resources for business to continue to develop their IT solutions & network in order to move with the times.
Your main responsibility is to manage the customer contracts & renewals with high value contracts that can value up to £1 million therefore it is essential you have some experience or exposure to dealing with contracts (such as negotiating pricing, setting up new customer accounts or reviewing/ making amendments to contracts)
This is a great role to have full autonomy in making key business decisions including new contract agreements & costings where you will be working closely with all divisions (Operations, Service & Finance) to ensure customers receive the best possible service.
Your job role will include:
- Onboarding of new customers, managing agreements & terms
- Report management of the vendor tracker – including price increases
- Building & maintaining relationships with all stakeholders
- Price & cost negotiation for customer contracts
- Completing contract renewals – managing the process from start to finish
- Ensuring the contracts are always the most favourable of the customers
