Office Based (Monday to Friday 8:30-4:30)

I am currently partnered with an incredible family run business in Stockport, who are looking for an experienced Administrator (ideally with a contracts background.)

This role will provide extensive training on inhouse systems, incredible benefits, and huge opportunity for growth as the business is going from strength to strength!

What they are looking for?

  • You will be able to think outside the box and join dots.
  • You will need to be articulate and have good IT skills as you will be uploading onto client portals as well as an in house shared drive. T
  • You need to be meticulous with attention to detail as the documents you will be managing must be correct as per our clients specified requirements.
  • An understanding of current H&S guidelines is preferable (but training can be provided)
  • Time management will be essential and the ability to work to client KPI’s

Main Duties

  • To liaise with staff, suppliers and contractors regarding programme dates.
  • To liaise with sub-contractors to collate data for H&S site files as well as for O & M manuals.
  • To ensure health and safety documentation is provided and kept up to date on active sites.
  • To print plans for contract managers.
  • To ensure all relevant site information is retained onto our shared drive as well as client portals.

This role will be a varied role with liaison both internally and externally with clients, so someone with a passion for administration and customer service is essential.
