They’re hiring due to growth… and what’s sets them apart to other firms is the below;

  1. Training & support – no catch. They will pay for you to do additional courses if you want to, and give you the time off to do so!
  2. Independent group – they’re not being acquired or sold. They’re doing the acquiring! Same directors owned the business for years, and it’s staying that way.
  3. Progression – in office support roles within a firm sometimes, you can become stagnant, not here. Your career is important, so there will be a pathway in place for you to develop.

The role is new, so no stepping into anyone’s shoes, a role to really make your own. You’ll be managing the client onboarding process from beginning to end (client engagement letters, AML checks), using CCH system, supporting the team and Directors.

What they need is an Administrator that can just slot right in, someone from the industry, knows client onboarding process and looking to just OWN IT.
