Manchester City Centre

Current Administrator in this role “this is the best place I’ve worked, the team are great, the role is interesting and the Manager is so supportive, couldn’t ask for anything more”

If you want to work for a business where you’re recognised, appreciated and have full support from management; look no further.

The company are super exciting, they’re a professional organisation that specialise in supporting some of the most recognised brands and clients across the world. They’re fresh and modern, always keeping up with the most up to date technology, processes and resources making it easier for you to do your job too.

The team are brilliant too, it’s a young dynamic in the office and a real family unit, they all enjoy the “work hard, play hard” motto – Friday beers every week after work, regular team socials and events and lots of incentives in the office too.

They also offer flexible working hours to all staff, it’s a 37.5 hour working week and you can choose your start and finish times (core hours are 10-4)

You’ll be working closely with your team of 3 and reporting into the Office Manager, who is the best Manager you could work with. She’s a dedicated mentor, cares about her staff and their development, listens to you and is on hand every single day for training and support.

She ensures she completes regular 1-to-1s with her team, annual salary reviews and regular training sessions with you to ensure you keep learning new things and gaining more responsibility as you become competent in your role – there’s no brick walls in your way, you can develop professionally here.

The remit of your role will cover all administration support to the wider team, including Directors, you’ll be creating correspondence to clients, being the face of the business for visitors and clients, managing the system and diary management for the team.

What they require is an Administrator with some experience, perhaps 6-12 months in an admin role or you’ve just recently completed your administration apprenticeship and looking for your next step in career.

This is the place to work if you want to go somewhere in your career and be more than just a number in a company.
