They have a tried & tested training programmes which they roll out to each new starter, tailored to your working style but ensuring you are set up to succeed!

All they are asking for is that you can demonstrate a commitment to administration; whether that be through 6-12 months’ experience or completing an NVQ in business administration.

Providing you have this, they will do the rest! You will work closely with an Office Manager who will train you on the day to day responsibilities, building your experience in administration – they have done this role before so the best person to train you up!

You’ll have regular appraisals; this isn’t a company that will check in on your development once a year in an annual review; the door is always open for you to voice where you feel you need additional training or support.
