This is the Managing Director every Administrator will want to work for!
Supportive, approachable and inspiring are the key words I’d describe this Director, she has been in your shoes before, starting out in administration early on in her career so she understands the role and what you need training wise to be successful.
She’s looking for an Administrator early on in their career, perhaps 6-12 months experience, now looking to develop and progress with a business that she can really take under her wing and teach the ropes too.
There will be a structured development plan created on day 1 to showcase to you exactly how you can climb the ladder at this business, it’s something that they’ve found works when they tailor it specifically to the needs of the individual.
You will enjoy exposure to every aspect of administration and as you will be working so closely with the MD and the Office Manager, you will soon pick up additional responsibilities along the way.
Appraisals will be held regularly to ensure you’re happy and confident in the role; if you need additional training or support, you’ll be encouraged to speak out – they don’t want any member of the team feeling they can’t voice how they’re feeling.
