You can expect hands-on training from a Finance Manager with a wealth of experience and knowledge, this business will provide you with all the tools and exposure to have a successful career.
This role has been created due to the business rapidly growing and the finance team needing additional support, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the day-to-day finances are managed. Ideally, you will have 12-18 months of experience in accounts, so this is a great opportunity to oversee the accounts from start to finish.
The Finance Manager started off in the exact same position as you, so she understands the importance of sufficient and detailed training. You can expect to be working alongside her rather than for her, she believes in creating a strong team where there is no hierarchy.
You will fit in with the team if you are hardworking, committed, and reliable. You’ll be working in a team of 12 so there is always someone available should you have any questions. This business doesn’t want someone who is just going to treat this as a ‘stop gap’. They want to bring someone in who they can train, develop, and progress within the business.
