You will be on a journey of success with 2 leaders within finance who are fiercely ambitious and crave a challenge within their role – which is what they’ll offer to you.
You must live and breathe data; producing the reports isn’t enough for this role – they need someone who will interrogate everything from the sales margins to gross profit – someone who is essentially like a dog with a bone when it comes to understanding numbers and how everything you do feeds into the management accounts!
The Directors have a real robust and aggressive growth plan but need a Finance Analyst who will go to them with an intricate, detailed, and well-thought-out reporting model for them to use and get the information they need.
The systems they have in place are excellent so the resources you will have at your disposable are some of the best in the business – you just need to go in an execute this now!
They’ll even throw in an accountancy study package should you wish to gain a qualification as the work you present will be used by everyone in finance so theoretical knowledge would be a real bonus; in fact, if you’re AAT Qualified then that would be hugely beneficial.
