This role is absolutely ideal if you love transactional accounting and thrive off working in the city centre, being able to go for a drink after work with your colleagues and just generally have a great work/ life balance!

There is plenty to learn in this role so you can expect a dynamic, varied working week. You’ll be doing a job you love in the property industry which is just booming in Manchester – there’s a new skyscraper being built every week. Stability and progression is exactly what this sector can offer!

Alongside offering an attractive salary, the business strictly operates on a family feel culture. There is no pressure or strict targets to hit, it is more about creating an amazing working environment where staff feel valued, and employees provide an excellent service to their clients.

Therefore, the client is looking for someone who is outgoing, organised, and has a good work ethic with at least 2 years’ transactional accounting experience.

Everyone else in the team shares similar values so they want to ensure that culture is maintained. Property knowledge is advantageous but not essential as you’ll be trained up by the Senior Accounts Assistant.
