I’m on the lookout for not one, but two, Accounts Assistants!
The company has exceeded it’s growth plans hence needing two people who can come in and manage the transactional finance and share the workload.
This company specialise in property development and investments – so you must be able to deal with high volume purchases, be able to deal with tenants and landlords, managed service charged payments, keep the relationships that this company have built over the years; you don’t need prior property experience as long as you can demonstrate the capabilities to work in this sector.
This companies turnover the past year was £15 million and they are continuously growing and really doing well in the property market so if you’re looking for stability and job security, this isn’t one to pass up.
Benefits include , gym membership, death in service, Medicash (claim money towards healthcare) – they are a business that really looks after staff and thinks about them both personally and professionally.
They really need someone to come in and hit the ground running, they can always provide support and won’t just leave you to get on with it however they do at least need experience in purchase and sales ledger.
