This Accounts Administrator role is the perfect mixture of accounting and administration. You will be working closely with the Director of the company, and together will ensure the finances and operations run smoothly.

Not everyone is looking for progression, and that is fine, this role is perfect for that, to begin with you will have smaller and simpler duties, but with time, these duties will increase in responsibility and you will take a lot of the admin work off the Director. For this role, you will begin as an Accounts Administrator and you will remain in this role. The position of Accounts Administrator is essential for the smooth running of the business, with the day to day accounting and operations support integral to the overall success of the business.

The chosen candidate is encouraged to work autonomously, and so you must be motivated and have the ability to use your own initiative.

Having spoken with the Director, you are in for a treat! You wouldn’t meet anyone more genuine and down to earth than her.

This is a fully office based role, with a small open plan office, it has a great company culture with such a tight group.

With the company specialising in the construction industry, there will be plenty to learn and you will develop your skills. A background in construction accounting would be beneficial, as would having exposure to Sage Line 50.
