You can expect to step into a positive atmosphere where you will receive an accelerated career filled with rewards and incentives, job satisfaction and progression from as early as 6 months in plus monthly bonus for just purely doing your job correctly! and 1pm finishes Monday to Friday every other week

We are not target heavy or driven! So, if you have previously operated within a heavily targeted and highly pressured environment, you can expect to go at your own pace, we go by quality over quantity as our customers are at the heart of what we do and our focus.

You will engage with new and existing customers providing a tailored and suitable outcome using your own initiative from obtaining personal details to arranging sustainable plans, building trusted relationships, complaint handling to general enquiries, you will be the expert on the end of the line!

We offer personal and professional development to all our employees who hold a genuine passion for delivering a fantastic level of customer service experience, you can expect to be part of a fun and energised team working within a positive atmosphere along with incentivised team challenges to keep you motivated along with monthly bonus’ scheme to reflect your customer service skills.

We have used Platinum many times and will continue to do so. We first heard about them a couple of years ago when they contacted us about a role we were advertising online; and since then they have always found us the perfect fit for our business. I have been aware of Platinum for some time as over the years whenever I either needed to research the market or simply wanted to see what’s out there Platinum always had visible adverts and good looking roles.
