Our team love the fact this isn’t a call after call environment. You won’t be sat clock watching and taking back to back calls all day, every day. They love being treated like adults, without the pressure of working on targets. It feels like the sole focus is customers instead of stats.

You’ll deal with max 30 calls on a busy day, and get the chance to assist with sending out letters, website enquiries, complaints processing, and assisting with direct debits.

We have used Platinum many times and will continue to do so.
