This role is for someone who loves credit control and likes working autonomously. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 350 clients, these range from large multinational companies to small SMEs.
You will have full control of your ledger and can make this your own. Reporting to the Finance Director you certainly won’t be micromanaged, he is happy to leave you alone and let you manage your debt collection process. Of course, if you need additional support all you need to do is ask.
This is more complex than your typical credit control role as you will be providing in-depth monthly reports on aged debt and managing key clients. If you feel like the business could implement a new process to make your life easier, then the FD is all ears. They are always looking for ways to improve and innovate.
The business offers hybrid working, giving you the option to work from home two days a week. When you are visiting the office, it is easily accessible as it is 5 minutes from a tram stop. After passing your probation, you’re travel costs coming into the city will be paid for as well!
You’ll be surrounded by like-minded professionals in a vibrant, dynamic office. So, although this is a standalone role, there is plenty of people to have a chat with!
