This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished Financial Controller to transform the finance function of a ยฃ200million t/o business; you will be entrusted to modernise, streamline and innovate the function, operating as the project leader on the overhaul and the trusted No2 to the newly appointed CFO. About the role:
Speaking candidly with the CFO, she’s looking for an FC to inject some dynamism into the finance department, she believes that the function isn’t aligned to the slick nature of day-to-day operations, therefore she wants this mindset of development and growth to be instilled into the finance function.

Responsibility and exposure:
- Financial Control: Develop, improve and maintain a regime of robust financial controls
- Group Reporting: Preparing accurate and timely consolidated management accounts and Board pack ready for CFO review.
- Consolidation:Responsible for the Group consolidation on a monthly basis, ensuring accurate reporting of the core financial statements.
- Presentation: Working with the CFO to manage robust budget and forecasting processes for presentation internally and externally.
- Team: Lead finance team members motivating, developing and strengthening the team.
