As a Team Leader, this business is focused on you showcasing your sales or customer service skills and leading the team by example. They want someone who loves sales and loves working with people to help them improve, mentoring and supporting where necessary.

The business sales team is not a stereotypical sales floor, so you need to be empathetic and understanding in your approach and genuinely passionate about what you do.

The bonus structure here is split, so you can earn on sales you make, and you also earn on team sales and their success. As a team leader you want to be paid accordingly and this business make sure that is the case.

We have used Platinum many times and will continue to do so. We first heard about them a couple of years ago when they contacted us about a role we were advertising online; and since then they have always found us the perfect fit for our business. I have been aware of Platinum for some time as over the years whenever I either needed to research the market or simply wanted to see what’s out there Platinum always had visible adverts and good looking roles.
