£23,000 + Bonus, OTE £35,000
One of our key clients in Manchester City Centre is looking to appoint a Lead Generator to qualify warm leads and convert them to a booking for a Senior Sales Advisor to call complete the sale.
Essentially you will join a team of lead generators and be tasked with organising your day via making calls through the system to customers following up on their enquiry and introducing company services in more detail, along with generating high quality leads to pass across to the business development executives.
The calls will range from 5-10 minutes, and you will earn your bonus based on number of bookings confirmed for the sales team and conversions.
It’s a fantastic entry level sales role and the perfect opportunity for someone who loves speaking to people, would enjoy a fast-paced working environment and where you will be part of an outgoing and social team.
As you build experience within the role and if you are excelling, you can make a move into the business development team where your earning potential will increase by 50% so career development is right there for you!
This is a Monday to Friday working week! no weekends so come Friday you can go out with your colleagues for a cocktail or beer and enjoy your weekend.
