Previous customer service experience (telephone desired)

Ability to manage high volume inbound calls

Experience within the financial solutions sector

Experience within a contact centre setting

Ability to use own initiative and think on your feet

Confident communicator via telephone

Great organisational and objection handling skills

We have used Platinum many times and will continue to do so.
