Great opportunity to be given responsibility and autonomy to operate as a Property Manager for this privately owned property portfolio (50 residential & 25 commercial properties and growing).
Working with the Managing Director you would assume immediate responsibility to manage the portfolio and handle all property matters ranging from maintenance, viewings, rentals, renovations, and future acquisitions.
The vision is clear to grow beyond 100 properties in the portfolio within the next 12 months, with plans in place to further expand beyond this in the coming years.
Due to the guaranteed growth, you would be required to hire a Property Administrator to support you as you continue to progress your career to a more senior level.
Given the complexity within the role its essential that you have worked as a Property Manager or within property, so you understand the industry and its particular nuances.
With all properties based in and around Accrington, Rochdale and Bury there may be some elements of visiting sites (perhaps once or twice a month) so a driving licence is essential although your permanent base would be Accrington.
