Expansion has created the need for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a large manufacturing HQ.
The business has acquired 3 successful contracts in Europe, Asia and North America so you will be brought in to manage and reconcile the multi-currency bank accounts.
With a strong management team leading the business they are looking for an individual who will progress to a more senior, supervisory role in the first 12 months of employment.
Core duties will include:
-Matching, batching and coding of multi-currency Purchase Ledger invoices onto Sage
-Supplier setups and amendments
-Supplier statement reconciliations
-Processing and authorising BACS payment runs
-Processing employee expenses reports and calculating VAT
