Reporting to the newly appointed Credit Control Manager you will be working in a team of 3 and working with medium to large sized clients across the UK. Utilising all methods of communication, you will be building rapport with clients over the phone, email, and post. This company stands out as it takes its key clients out for regular lunches which you’ll be a part of, so you can build relationships and even friendships with clients!
Rather than just bashing phones all day and chasing people for money my client has a vacancy for a Credit Controller to join the team who is looking for development. With this Credit Controller role, you will be exposed to Accounts Receivable and be involved with the whole process, meaning no two days are the same.
This role has become available due to an internal promotion in the company, and since COVID the business has expanded in size and doesn’t show any signs of slowing down. This company loves to promote within as they really believe in investing in their staff, if the company keeps its current trajectory, they are looking to employ a junior Credit Controller to join the team in the next 18 – 24 months.
