You’ll be the link between two capable juniors (who need a mentor, not a babysitter) and an FC who’s ready to hand over more responsibility. Add to that an FD who wants you involved in real decision-making – and you’ve got a role where development isn’t a buzzword, it’s the plan.

Influence from day one – Direct involvement in monthly accounts, board pack preparation and strategic input – not years from now, but immediately

Lead without bureaucracy. Support and guide the juniors without red tape – make an impact where it counts

Clear progression path – The Board is already watching for future SLT members

Leadership access – Join senior meetings, contribute ideas, and be part of shaping decisions

I have been aware of Platinum for some time as over the years whenever I either needed to research the market or simply wanted to see what’s out there Platinum always had visible adverts and good looking roles.
