The input you will have as part of the senior finance team is paramount, you will be working with the board of directors and will head up the finance team so great communication skills are essential.

This became even more apparent to me when I met with the Head of Finance and I heard all about the sociable team with a brilliant culture, so they are looking for someone who will really thrive in this type of environment.

We have used Platinum many times and will continue to do so. I have been aware of Platinum for some time as over the years whenever I either needed to research the market or simply wanted to see what’s out there Platinum always had visible adverts and good looking roles.
