Customer Service Agent – Life & Health Division

£22,900 basic + £360 bonus per month

Stockport – 2 days in the office, 3 days from home per week

This is a customer service role with a difference. We are looking for individuals who have a real passion for helping those in need. With an emphasis on vulnerable customers you will build rapport, get to know your customers, and ultimately make a difference to their lives.

The Role:

Firstly, this is a role solely focused on assisting customers who are vulnerable and need extra care.

This is inbound only, speaking to current customers regarding anything they need insurance policy wise. It’s a real mixture of customer service and administration updating membership details, providing customers with outcomes on cover, spotting fraud activity, and ultimately being a shoulder to cry on during their time of need.

Ultimately for us it doesn’t matter what experience or working background you have. Everything will be provided in a 6-8 week training program, we are simply looking for caring individuals who want to make a real impact on the world.
