You will work closely with a Qualified Financial Controller who will train you in every single aspect of transactional accounting, to fall in line with your AAT Qualification – which the business will happily fund.

Historically, 90% of Trainees who have started at this business have progressed within their first 12 – 18 months so this is a company who don’t just promise the world; they actually follow through with it.

They are also really in tune with staff and what makes them happy; before they introduce a new policy or idea, as well as putting it to the Board for discussion, they run a poll to see what all employees think!
