Small business, looking for someone to come in and support CEO plus four members of staff with PA, office management and administration.

Exciting business model, they’re hiring another Partner in January so it’s all systems go, great time to join.

Remit is varied, you’ll manage CEO’s diary, take minutes in meetings, support CEO on invoicing (sales and purchase), use various systems such as an in house software and Xero, plus oversee the office function.

CEO is brilliant, she’s a real powerhouse, a true female boss; driven, dedicated but she’s stretched too thin and she needs the best person in the business to support her and her staff.

So this needs someone experienced in administration, someone who will roll their sleeves up, get stuck in and not need hand holding. If you have some experience in PA/ Office Management that’s an added bonus but a Senior Administrator profile with the skills and capabilities to do a fantastic job is great too.

Profile fit – needs an individual willing to just get involved with what’s needed, as you can imagine it’s a small business so you’ll be getting involved with all business matters, one day you might be sat in a board meeting the next sorting the office Christmas party.

She wants that enthusiasm, a real grafter that wants to work hard and be rewarded for it.
