Superb opportunity to operate as the Number 1 in Finance for an award winning tech business as the Finance Manager. As Finance Manager you will lead the financial reporting and report to the Ops Director, COO & MD.

The business has three entities and you will hold full control of these with consolidation into one set of final accounts for board presentation. Operating in the tech sector their systems are advanced and run alongside client billing platforms, day to day the use Xero and fully integrated bespoke software.

Day to day you will cover Financial Management & Reporting, budgeting & forecasting, cash flow & treasury, strategic support & analysis with team leaderships for a department of 4 in finance.

Efficiency is a key driver within this organisation, enabling systematic growth with clients so they require a forward thinking Finance Manager who will see beyond the data set and look for continued improvement in business performance & financial control.

The business is looking for a Qualified Accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA with current finance leadership experience, someone who has managed a team and finance operation ideally within an SME setting looking for growth.
