What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for existing customers, providing ongoing support throughout their journey. You’ll communicate via phone, email and live chat, ensuring every interaction is handled with care and professionalism.

We have used Platinum many times and will continue to do so. I have been aware of Platinum for some time as over the years whenever I either needed to research the market or simply wanted to see what’s out there Platinum always had visible adverts and good looking roles.
