This role offers the perfect opportunity for a skilled management accountant who revels in the detail of full pack creation…but needs more!!!
The “more” in this role, comes in the form of a highly commercial position, with full involvement in the budget and forecasting process, risk and opportunity meetings, pricing models and breaking into new territories.
Joining a well-established global manufacturing with an impressive Commercial Finance Director looking to expand her team with this brand new position. You will be responsible for the UK monthly management accounts, as well as all analysis as to what is going on in the business, looking at margins, KPIs and provide suggestions on areas in which the business can improve.
Projects on the horizon for you:
- Supporting the Commercial Finance Director in ensuring the success of a £15million contract from a financial perspective, you’ll will be the finance No.2 for this project.
- Pricing structure: Working with multiple stakeholders from Directors, External Sales, Customer Services and more to create the new structure.
- Sale forecasting to increase visibility of projected vendor income.
- Efficiency projects for continuous improvements.
The Finance Director is phenomenal. She’s personable and keen to support you in sharpening and developing your skills with aim to ensure that you are guaranteed to reach promotion within the business as it grows and diversifies.
