MD is looking for an Office Manager that will fit perfectly into his business, someone who will be the go to for all staff, put fires out, problem solve and bring the vibes!
Everyone is great in this business, full of banter, MD is in every day grafting, it’s a community and they all work hard, they want an Office Manager continuing this culture and team environment and adding to it.
The business is experiencing growth at present, very successful in the industry with major clients across the UK and what they want now is to start to professionalise operations, systems and processes; so the perfect time for an Office Manager to come in with fresh ideas.
You will be able to implement new processes and procedures, and someone to get involved with the nitty gritty too – keeping office stock updated then the next minute heading up a meeting with the Directors or dealing with a HR situation.
Well-rounded role, perfect mix, an even better business. You have to go and see them to believe me here, but they are mega.
