Joining the business your remit will cover client onboarding, CRM support, project administration and operations, and as you become competent within your role, you’ll begin to develop your skills further right away.
They will pay for qualifications such as Prince 2 Project Management (if this is what you want to pursue!), or other areas such as accountancy, but also absolutely fine if you don’t want to study, you can still progress into management/ team leader.
