Erin works as a Senior Consultant in our Office Support and Administration division. She started with Platinum 11 years ago as an apprentice and after working her way up through the business she is one of Platinums most experienced employees.

She works with some incredible clients across the North West and has built a fantastic name in the market by placing quality candidates and taking pride in what she does.

Specialist roles include Receptionists, Administrators, Personal Assistants and Office Managers.

Erin is the company “dog mum”, proud mum of two frenchies Otis and Nala. When she’s not conquering the office support and administration market, she’s taking her dogs out on adventures or at the gym (you’ll find her by the squat rack!)

We have used Platinum many times and will continue to do so. We first heard about them a couple of years ago when they contacted us about a role we were advertising online; and since then they have always found us the perfect fit for our business. They understand what we are looking for and the type of person which is very important to us. Sometimes you can be passed from pillar to post with some companies, but I have not experienced that with Platinum. They provide a good level of customer service which I believe is important.

I was supported ahead of both interviews

I have been aware of Platinum for some time as over the years whenever I either needed to research the market or simply wanted to see what’s out there Platinum always had visible adverts and good looking roles. I was contacted really quickly after I applied and was asked some good questions which really dug into what I wanted and what the companies wanted, so there was a focus on finding good matches. The job search felt pro-active throughout the process and kept things moving quickly and I was supported ahead of both interviews I had with as much information as they had to share at any given time (e.g. I kept getting updates as they found out more). I’ve always found a wide range of roles on the website, which also seems to be updated quickly with changes to available roles. I’m very pleased with the role I’ve found and the business was instrumental in putting me there!
