The Opportunity

This is a modern practice that is going places fast.

Run by an ambitious (and award winning) Director this is the epitome of the new era of accountancy practices.

They can offer career progression and incentives that I haven’t seen anywhere else in the current market, and are in tune with the modern way of working offering fully remote, hybrid, flexi-time or office based work (or a combination of all) – as long as the work is done the options are there.

The firm has such a good reputation they have around 500 clients on their waiting list; however they are unwilling to take on more work than they can handle which would jeopardise the quality of work for their clients, and put unnecessary pressure on the team.

Their plan is simple; keep doing things right, employ the right people and grow at a rate which doesn’t jeopardise any of the standards they have put in place.

The Role

This latest role is for a Client Manager that can be hands on with advising a portfolio of dynamic, high growth Key clients – helping them to achieve their goals.

It will have a real commercial element to it; with the focus on providing advisory services, helping owners to scale alongside providing advice on how to become more financially efficient.

Yes you will still be involved with controlling their Year End Accounts and Tax – but you will be doing this alongside identifying ways to help them increase their profits; this is as much about business advice and consultation as it is about producing accounts.

You will build strong relationships, be on hand for guidance throughout the year – and work side by side with Directors as their businesses grow.

As a Client Manager you will oversee a small team and be working alongside one of the most ambitious Directors I have met, and he is now adding to his senior leadership team to help him achieve his next phase of growth – and this is where this role comes in.

With the opportunity to further grow the team around you and loads of incentives and rewards in place its not one to miss out.

To be considered you must have previous UK experience in a chartered accountants, unfortunately industry backgrounds won’t be considered on this role. You must be quality focused and enjoy what you do, and be attracted to the thought of being part of a rapidly expanding firm.
