This company are now looking to welcome a result-driven sales expert into their high performing team to come in and conquer the sales floor within the motor industry.

They’re looking for someone who’s got the gift of the gab, attentive, who can think on their feet, build long-lasting relationships and deliver a first-class experience to their customers; in return, you can expect a generous commission scheme allowing you to take home an additional 10K PA.

Your role:

Selling new and used prestige motorhomes, it’s all about finding the perfect vehicle tailored to meet your clients’ requirements.

Your purpose is to deliver a bespoke service to each and every customer, new or existing from around the UK. You will be at the heart of handling website enquiries, generating new leads, handling repeat clients looking to upgrade and closing deals; no day is ever the same.

It’s a small team of sales advisors yet the atmosphere and culture of this place is impeccable, the directors have a fantastic attitude towards sales and have built an incredible working environment for their team. As they continue to expand with a multi-million-pound showroom currently underway; progression opportunities will be available to those who are dedicated to their role.

Benefits included:

Generous salary up to £30k dependant on experience (plus an additional £10k bonus PA)

28 days holidays plus Christmas shut down

Discretionary annual bonus paid based upon performance

Working hours 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday (weekends included on a rotational basis 10am start)

Regular incentives, company events and rewards

Company pension and free onsite parking
