Working in a dynamic, fast-paced office, you will operate as part of a social, entrepreneurial team, all striving towards the communal goal of growing the business. Like-minded professionals who are ambitious and driven!!
Phase 1:
Initially you will come into the business and jump straight into month-end, assisting the Group Finance Manager in producing the management accounts and all required reporting. The Group FM is a dedicated and engaging mentor who is totally committed to ensuring you have total confidence in the accounts production.
Phase 2:
Once totally confident you will solely run the month-end for this division whilst overseeing two skilled Assistant Accountants. You will produce the full management accounts pack, and even present up to Board level. Exposure, exposure, exposure!
Phase 3:
As the Group grows and you’ve established yourself as a skilled Management Accountant and leader of the division, options to operate at Group-level will open. It’s a long-term career pathway all the way up to the top.
This is a manufacturing setting, so experience in this industry or a similar sector is essential; exposure to stock, WIP and product costing would be a plus! AAT qualified as a minimum with a desire to move onto CIMA/ACCA, and experience producing management accounts are all key…Huge opportunity for an ambitious Management Accountant looking for more!
